Vestdavit’s clients benefit from long-term service agreements which deliver peace of mind, regular maintenance and inspections, priority access to skilled engineers and the correct original spare parts.
The level of service under the agreement is tailored, like the original equipment, to the needs of the individual customer. The agreement can include annual and five year inspections and service carried out by engineers from Vestdavit or its local agents.
All Vestdavit customers with service agreements can access a powerful web-based database which tracks the maintenance, class and statutory status of the equipment. It also facilitates ordering and supply of the right spare parts.
Regular training can also form part of the customer service agreement.
